Transfers to owners
EUR sent, BAM received — fees and exchange cost measured.
The agency pays owners what it collected. Each transfer is recorded when it's sent and confirmed when it arrives, with the bank fees and the exchange cost against the official rate. Airbnb pays owners directly — owners record those payouts themselves.

What you get
- Any currency in, any currency out; BAM at the fixed peg.
- Paid per booking: tagged bookings first, then the oldest.
- Held money while a booking is being corrected, so nothing is paid twice.
- Comments and receipts on both ends; reversals instead of edits.
- Shows what can be paid now — petty cash isn't counted as available.
How it works
- 01 The agency records the transfer it sent.
- 02 The owner confirms what arrived (and what the bank kept).
- 03 Balances, remittance and aging update everywhere.
